30-Day Return Policy
We want you and your pet to love every product you receive. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Perishable items, consumables, and personalised products cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@doepets.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us and we will ship the correct product and arrange collection of the incorrect one at our expense.
